How Long Can It Take For A Hemotom

66 hours later

After 3500 miles, 2 time zones and 66-hour train ride I arrived last night pretty exhausted in Toronto. Apart from the fact that during the train eight hours have crept delay, the time was relatively pleasant. I had 2 seats to myself and the leg was at least twice as big as I was traveling by bus. It turned out that it was much more comfortable to sleep during the day, simply because the person directly behind me incredibly has snored loudly ...

The time in which I have not slept, I mainly spent my watching series and movies. Fortunately, every place had even ran a socket and my netbook become virtually continuous. From time to time have I even once in one of my eBooks rumgeschnuppert to learn French, as I would my "knowledge" to expand later in Montreal quite happy. I did not think that I still had so many words in my memory.
I nearly 9 hours late arriving at the station in Toronto and I had no contact information of my couchsurfing host, I needed for a little Nachdenkpause. Evening 19 clock in a foreign city, no credit on the phone, no wireless, 2 heavy backpacks and jogging trousers. It could have gone much better this time ... But before I sat crying in the corner, I decided to go to a Starbucks for free WiFi to visit. After an estimated 3 minutes, I've then also the first store and found've put me in bold buy without something to me. The wireless worked fine and after I found the phone number of my hosts in my e-mail, I'm with my new "Skype Credit" sometimes called directly from the café.

The tide turned in - luckily it was just only 5 minutes from the station and it would be no problem to pick me up there. Right after I met with Jason and then together we will have the S-Bahn taken to his apartment. He lives quite centrally in Toronto, while not directly in downtown, but with the train it is only about 10 minutes. You do not switch, because he lives right on the main street, pretty great. In the evening we went running straight to a supermarket around the corner and I have the finest taste buds ($ 2 for microwave macaroni) indulgence.

After today I will first slept fine, I walked directly toward downtown. I have the route along the Lake Ontario and was elected by a beautiful, albeit cold view of the water. After about 1 hour I drove to downtown and could take a look at the many skyscrapers. To be honest I would have liked the city, Toronto, or generally not presented as large. Vancouver I was smaller, but also further apart. Really real city atmosphere as you would from Germany not used to.

When I was getting colder and the sky was very clear today, I decided the completely over-priced ticket for the famous CN Tower to buy. up down $ 20 at the 553 meters high tower are really was too much of a good, even if the prospect really great. From above one has really seen again how big the city really is. But if you should come to Toronto again, I can not recommend the top up price down.

Now I'm just what I call the next day in Toronto would like to do exactly. For tomorrow I first booked a cheap day tour to the world famous Niagara Falls and Friday I will visit a brewery and other things in Toronto. Oh, Friday I change a lot again for 2 days my host because Jason does not have time on weekends. On Sunday, I then have a ride to the capital of Canada (Ottawa), in which I probably stay for 2-3 days, before heading to Montreal. In Montreal it goes directly to housing and job search, but more in a few days!

Stay tuned.
